Open a document from UltiDrive or create a new one via the File menu.

Your changes are saved automatically in UltiDrive.

Click the UltiDocs logo at the top left to return to your file space.

The File menu lets you open, create, print and manage document properties.

Edit groups undo, copy-paste, find and replace.

Insert adds images, tables, links, headers and page numbers.

Format manages paragraph styles, line spacing, columns and lists.

The toolbar below the menu provides quick access to common actions.

Share a document from the Share button to invite others.

Avatars at the top right show who is viewing or editing the document.

Real-time co-editing synchronizes changes between participants.

The Tools menu offers spelling and grammar correction.

Translate the document to another language or enable AI suggestions.

The personal dictionary lets you add words recognized as correct.

Default shortcuts are listed below.

To customize them, open a document and choose Help → Keyboard shortcuts.

From the editor, use Help → Report a bug or improvement to contact the team.
