UltiSuite ToS

Terms of service

Terms of use for UltiSuite services, created by Eliott Guillaumin, hosted via OVH.

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Purpose

These general terms of use govern access to and use of UltiSuite, a collaborative suite created by Eliott Guillaumin.

UltiSuite brings together mail, files, documents, calendar, video conferencing, contacts, AI, administration and account management tools.

Using the service implies acceptance of these terms. If you use UltiSuite for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Publisher and ownership

UltiSuite is created by Eliott Guillaumin. Interfaces, text, trademarks, logos, components, layouts, features and software elements are protected under applicable law.

Copyright Eliott Guillaumin. All rights reserved, unless otherwise stated in writing or a specific license attached to a given element.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user. The user receives only a right of access and use in accordance with these terms.

Hosting and infrastructure

UltiSuite is deployed on the organization's infrastructure or that of its host (OVH by default).

The suite's software components run on this dedicated infrastructure and are not external subprocessors within the meaning of these terms.

Third-party integrations enabled by the organization (AI, OAuth, payments, etc.) are its responsibility and are listed in the privacy policy.

Account and security

The user must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report any suspicious access.

Organization administrators must assign rights according to actual need and revoke access that is no longer required.

UltiSuite may block, limit or suspend access in case of security risk, abusive use, legal request or violation of these terms.

Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited: spam, phishing, intrusion, security circumvention, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, malware, infringement of third-party rights and intentional service overload.

The user must not attempt to access others' data, massively scrape the service, disrupt infrastructure or misuse tools for purposes other than their intended function.

The user remains responsible for content they create, import, share, send or automate via UltiSuite.

Data and responsibilities

Content remains the responsibility of the user or organization that stores, sends, receives, shares or administers it.

UltiSuite provides technical tools; it does not legally, medically, financially or professionally validate user-produced content.

Backups, exports, retention policies and business obligations specific to an organization must be configured and verified by that organization.

Availability

UltiSuite aims for a stable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical incidents or infrastructure constraints may temporarily affect access.

When reasonably possible, planned operations are carried out in a way that minimizes user impact.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UltiSuite and Eliott Guillaumin shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, loss of business or damages resulting from non-compliant use.

The user must verify important information before sending, publishing, automating or making decisions.

No clause limits mandatory rights the user enjoys under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, the law or security practices.

The version published on this page is authoritative as of its update date.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
